Sometimes Silliness Matters

It’s the little things that make a difference for Washington Alpha Kennedy Stoa. Things in Kennedy’s world move at a fast pace. She is a Cellular and Molecular Biology major and Vice President of Event Planning. Needless to say, Kennedy stays pretty busy.

Kennedy is a double legacy, and it was her sister (who is a year older) who really opened her up to Pi Phi. Kennedy is from Issaquah, Washington, which is just outside Seattle. So she is able to go home quite a bit. But when she doesn’t, it isn’t rare for her dad to being treats for her and her sisters. “When I lived in the chapter house, several times my dad surprised us with goodies,” Kennedy said.

But, what she loves most about Pi Phi is the release it allows in her life. “Even when you are tired and look ridiculous, we still have a great time together,” Kennedy said. “My favorite memories from living in the chapter house are the random laugh attacks and silly things we used to do around the house with our sisters.”
