Featuring Guest Blogger Pi Beta Phi Grand President Paula Pace Shepherd, Texas Epsilon
Dashing down the road, in a car called Libbie.
Over the highways we flew, the GP and her hubby.
From Reno to Minneapolis, we made our many stops,
Oh what fun it was to see, a lot of mountaintops!
Oh, Ring Ching Roadshow, Ring Ching Roadshow,
Driving all the way.
Oh what fun it was to meet,
Pi Phis across the USA!
Ok, now that you are in the holiday spirit, I want to take the time to acknowledge the gift of sisterhood and friendship which was extended to me and my husband, Dave, as we recently drove Libbie across the western and mid-western U.S. A special shout out to the following groups:
The women of Nevada Alpha – congratulations on 100 years of Sincere Friendship!
The alumnae of Grand Junction, Colorado – thanks for the hospitality and homecooked meal!
The sisters of Colorado Epsilon and Colorado Delta – thanks for understanding that the Denver blizzard prevented us from visiting your chapters. Know that I was sending lots of Pi Phi love your way!
The sisters of Colorado Alpha – thanks for your flexibility and the Cookie Shine greeting!
The sisters of Colorado Gamma – thanks for the fun ice cream social, the many hugs, and the great photo opportunities.
The sisters of South Dakota Alpha – thanks for getting up early for breakfast and the special photos in the snow!
The sisters of Minnesota Alpha – congratulations on 125 years of sisterhood!
Thanks for allowing me to go on this grand adventure. I am ever reminded that the gifts of sisterhood in Pi Beta Phi are bountiful!
